There are slight changes between the base assemblies, like the pivot point and the angle fences for making angled cuts.
Here is a link for the Google drive with a folder with many images of the construction and a PDF file with some descriptions.
this used a Harbor Freight saw but I'm sure slight modifications to other brands would work too.
