Local Golf club wanted a new idea for a golf club washing station. The idea of a ball on a tee sounded great . Coming up with a cutting program for the ball was . After 4 not good cutting idea's, 1/2 a sheet of steel, countless %!&#@ words, small burns, it's about done. Maybe next year, I'll be able to say it was FUN! . Really, I learned a lot!

Looks great!!! Did you have to cut each piece out or could you strip with lines to make it easier to bend?

Re: Golf Club Wash Station
Thanks. First I have to thank Todd ( Plasma Cam Owners Community ) for the 6" soccer ball cut program. Had to add all of the new cut lines & tabs to turn it into a G.O. dome program. I was tested at every stage of this 'little job' . I really went slow on the bending & tacking to get it right. If do this again the $$ will have to be better .
Here is what it looks like in place.

With that experience behind you, do you have any idea what you'd charge for something like this next time. I'm looking into more than just 2D cuts but realise the construction time and difficulty will be greatly increased.Old Ironworker wrote:I was tested at every stage of this 'little job' . Re: Golf Club Wash Station
Morning,
Basic club washer's pricing range ( 9 gal. container to high end fancy wood station ) $250 to $570 each. I think $550 to $600 is in the ballpark . Open to other's ideas on this.
