On Fine cut 45 amp I have been noticing that if I change the volts to 90 or above from the what the book settings are the THC responds much better, for example if I am cutting with book settings let say .125" stainless steel 45 amp fine cut the THC sometime works but if I raise the volts above 90 while cutting I can see the THC is responding very well (most of the time), so the question is my setup wrong or is it known that on (Fine Cut) the THC needs higher voltage to work correctly?
I am getting great quality as you can see below but sometime it's very frustrating when it the torch hits the work from some minor warping when dozens of cuts before were all great.
Thank You
Ron

Re: Fine cut and DTHC
What THC are you using On the CandCNC DTHC-IV I have it works great with the book settings (hypertherm). But I was using a Proma on another table and the voltage was different, this was with raw voltage and the other (Hypertherm) was divider output.
