Preventative Maintenance Schedule
Is there a checklist I can look at for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance? I am wanting to make my new machine operate the best possible for the longest possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Grind the paint off all surfaces that the bearings ride on as it will come off and cause problems with cutting. Blow out the bearings and Z axis screw with an air gun once a year and spray with Mystery oil (turn them and wipe off excess). Remove the Z and X axis carriage and do the same to all bearings on it. Blow out the racks also. I have used my machine for over 15 years with no problems. I have cut quite a bit and haven't had to replace the bearings.

Is there anything you do daily before beginning to cut for the day?
Is there a weekly maintenance need?
Thank you for the pointers

Before each use of my machine I sand the tip and electrode with 180 grit sandpaper in my lathe. A drill press would work just as well.
