All TruCut CNC being released with MACH4. Why MACH4? MACH4 operates much faster with less delay, because it was designed to go with newer PC's.
Some things owners have noticed,

A faster touch-off on z axis with almost instant torch firing when the pierce height is set.
No torch delay when it gets to the end of it's motion.
More stable on newer computers
