Welcome! I personally do not have a 45 or 45XP but know guys with the XP and apparently its night and day better than the 45.

Hi, someone told me that and i wondered if it was right, sounds like it is then. He said it cuts far faster. Thanks for that

An easy way to see if the cut speeds are higher with the xp vs the 45 is to compare cut charts. I believe that you can convert to a duramax torch and take advantage of the xp consumables.
