Hi im new and had a question about my premier plasma table

I had a question and need help trying to figure out how and y does the torch dives down hitting the metal as its cutting and dragging the piece of metal with it due to it slamming on the metal

Torch height control voltage set to high, torch dives to increase the voltage to the setting

Note this is generic advice i have never seen you plasma table before and know nothing about premier plasma tables
