We have a table we bought new 5 years ago. Today I came I. And the file says it’s corrupt and won’t open. I can’t find my disc anywhere can anyone help me to use a disc or something.

If you are the original owner of the table, and PlasmaCam KNOWS you are entitled to the software to run your table, they may send you a replacement disk for a price, of course

You can go into the Owners Community Forum and download the software, and activate it online.

Go to the blue tabs on the right and download the latest version. Go through the steps to activate it.

This of course assumes that you HAD "DesignEdge" and not the older "PlasmaCAM" software. If you were not running DesignEdge, it will cost you about $2,000.00 to get your table running again.
