Wavey edges uneven revolutions

Post by Davidboru »

Hi guys
Having an issue with an old plasma table at the new company just started at, cuts are coming out with wavey edges, the tech ran a diagnostic check and it appears one side of the bed is running at 25revs and the other side at 35revs which seems to be causing the wavey cutting, any help would be appreciated

You need to fill in the blanks.
Brand of table, software being used, do you mean there are 2 motor on one axis, was this a used table bought by this company, or your the new to this company? Images will help too.
Are you familiar with running a CNC plasma table?

Both sides of the table need to be running at the same revs. Recommend checking your motor configuration to correct the problem.
