Re: MAD Series Construction Overview
Must say they look a great table, well designed, good features and well made by the looks of it.
I like your thinking with the motor carriage bearings.
Prices look good as well.

Same as above for me as well. That rapid feed is pretty impressive. I really like the way this has been thought out. I am seriously thinking about this as my next table. Just have to wait for you guys to start shipping to Australia. I have already been in contact as well. We will see how it goes in a few months time. Keep up the updates guys.

Thanks Sean! A lot of thought went behind making these tables and not cutting corners.SeanP wrote:Must say they look a great table, well designed, good features and well made by the looks of it.

Re: MAD Series Construction Overview
It is impressive to say the least. One query I have is on the video when you are cutting out the JD part with the holes I notice that the outside cut was anti clockwise when normally it would be clockwise for the outside for better cut quality. Is there a reason for this?JDSquaredInc wrote:Click below to learn how and why we do certain things in the manufacturing of these CNC Plasma Tables.

The tables look sweet. However, I don't like that the gantry just rides on the round bar. There is nothing holding it down. I don't know how it doesn't hop on Rapids or fast cuts on intricate artwork.

Re: MAD Series Construction Overview
The motors are tuned so it doesn’t do wheelies and it weighs a lot !

Re: MAD Series Construction Overview
That is correct Larry. If we put the acceleration to high it will wheelie but the tuning of the motor optimizes to see Zero wheelie and makes it smooth.
