Hi Guys,
I'm new to the cnc plasma scene and I am looking for some help with creating personalised pet portraits.
I have access to cut 2D pro, inkscape and photoshop.
The closest I can get to an image that I could convert to dxf for cutting was using inkscape, but despite trying various settings I can not get it to the final cutting stage.
Would really appreciate some pointers on how best to tackle this.
I have attached an image that I have been working on but as you can see it is nowhere near suitable for cutting.

Welcome to the site! If you visit the Inkscape forum and use the search function there are plenty of tips there. Acourtjester has been a big contributor to tracing tips in that forum, check it out and good luck!
