in the process of shopping for a CNC Plasma Table, this is going to be a whole new area for us.

Welcome aboard, do your research for what fits your situation, There are many posts here from many different table and these are real users. It seems there are sites saying they have a great table, someone disagrees and so poster says OH mine is great. Look over the post here for the brands shown and ask questions. Maybe the best Plasma is a Hypertherm, select for the thickness you will be cutting.
