Different kind of project

Post by elkriverfab »

Heck I just thought I would post a photo of the brisket I just pulled off the grill.

Smoked it for 11 hours and just sliced it up.

So tender it was falling apart.

16 pounds of BBQ........Now on to the charo beans and potato salad.

Thought I would smoke one for the 4th of July.

Everybody have a nice holiday :D

I think I'm gonna hate you for a couple of hours. Is that OK with you?

Now I'm salivating.

I am glad to see there is someone else crazy enough to be cooking all night too......

And also someone who takes night meat photos!

Now I don't feel so strange :D

Everybody is welcome to come over and have some brisket!

Now I am making some homemade bread

Oh Man! We just got back from a fairground BBQ with a livestock auction as a bonus. The meat was pulled up out of the ground as we were driving up. We stopped and watched a guy hook it with a harpoon looking thing and load it onto a flatbed golf cart. It was a "no knife needed" meal.

Hey Scratch, try chunky jif, it will change your life :o

WSS,

I have been trying to send you a private email but it says you have removed yourself from the list (plasma spider)???

I was just wanting to ask a few questions about those knives.

Thanks,
Shawn.

Shawn,
I don't know what happened? I sent you two PMs (both the same because the first did not go) and both sat in my "outbox" for a week. I would be happy to hear from you. Must be some setting I changed and really was not sure what it did, That was how I learned electricity too LOL.

You can email me directly tom@metaltechus.com

Looking forward to hearing from youTom
