plasma cam error code 2

new to the site and have tried everything from using the original pc this was setup on to a new windows 10 box with a star tech pcie card and I cant get the machine to INITIALIZE! HELP STAR TECH pex1p2 card

Should post this in the PlasmaCam forum here viewforum.php?f=61 for better chance of a solution. Plenty of genius Pcam guys on here that I am sure can help. I would guess its the pcie card but its odd the old PC won't initialize either. Good luck.

Before attempting to initialize, you will need to "Detect Machine". Be sure to check the box for "Automatically configure port". If you have already done this and cannot detect machine, then you may need to manually configure the port.
