Looks like the same one that was listed over a couple weeks ago in Sacramento. I inquired about it and it had sold. Looks like some one might just be flipping it for a profit as the original seller was moving out of state and dumping it off really cheap. I believe you might have a typo by adding an i in the spelling of the city of Mather, CA.
