PrimeWeld Cut 60 THC problems/fix?

I'm having issues with my Primeweld cut 60 not playing nice with two different THCs.

I'm seeing erratic (very high) initial voltage on both the raw voltage and divided outputs.

The magic smoke left my CNC4PC THC-1 yesterday and don't want a repeat.

Anybody found a THC that works well with the Cut 60?

From those indication it may be a the Primeweld that is the problem. I know the guys on the welding blog I read like their welders, have not seen anything about the Plasma unit. Now the THC units normally have a delay in the G-code for the arc to stabilize, but that should cause it to blow up the unit. I have used different THC (both divided voltage and raw voltage) with different plasma units and have not seen that type of a problem,

The PrimeWeld Cut 60 seems to be a popular cutter with the Langmuir table owners. Here is a video discussing connection for thc on the Crossfire Pro table. I believe Langmuir sells their thc as a separate add-on. It appears to be specific to their tables, but perhaps you can at least get some ideas here.

I made some progress today. After 2 months of burning up consumables, slicing, mostly partially pieces of scrap steel. I had a bit of a breakthrough.

I have an old Hypertherm 350 (25+ years old,) It's a dinosaur but it totally worked with the CNC4PC THC.

It's only a 25 amp machine which would probably serve most of my purposes but It's not going to last forever so I need to make it compatible with the PrimeWeld cut 60.

anyone else have issues with the voltage divider with the Cut 60? It seems to be problematic or perhaps the CNC4PC unit is sensitive to it's output?
