That 'YES' sign is the most impressive to me. That's not saying anything about the great work you done on the others, but more about your customer.

I'd be inclined to do business with any organization that would put that sign on the front desk.

Thanks. I agree. That was the logic behind it. To let the customer know that "YES" we will help you when they first approach the counter.
