When finished it's 35" wide and 15" tall
Uses most of a 4x8 sheet but you can get 2 out of a 5x10
Enjoy, and post pics if you build one!

I couldn't tell you the angle honestly. I just did a little trial and error until they fit together good
I made them out of 10ga and painted with high temp bbq paint
CWPlasma - Would you please show us how you calculated the 52 degree bend angle for the sides? With maybe a sketch or two to help us better understand your process.CWPlasma wrote: Tue Aug 20, 2024 5:58 pm I did the math, 52 degrees works just right. Also used 10 gauge and high temp paint.
CWPlasma - I took another look at the bend angle calculation for the sides and this is what I came up with. My result is pretty close to your 52 degrees.adbuch wrote: Sun Sep 22, 2024 5:48 amCWPlasma - Would you please show us how you calculated the 52 degree bend angle for the sides?
