Anyone able to help out a noob and convert this svg into a workable dxf? preferably where the centres of the lettering doesnt fall out?

here ya go...some of the cut paths appear to be too close to each other...maybe offsetting them or scaling everything up would help. also the next needs bridging as you mentioned

Here is a modified version of Harry's file with the letters cut as negatives - but will stay attached to the part when cut.
