Older Torchmate table build/retrofit

Hello,
I am new to cnc electronics/controls. I have an older 4x4 Torchmate plasma table that is missing some parts, including one motor and rack gear and the controller. What would you guys recommend for a controller and would that controller be able to use the existing motors (z and x or y)? What would you estimate the cost to be able to get this table working? Any help is appreciated!
