What is a "bridge"? Is this part of the gantry?

The bridge is the beam that goes across the table. Think bridge crane.

Very impressive indeed. While I've not had the pleasure to personally work with a Star Lab table I communicate with many people through my drawing. In all my conversations with owners of practically every machine made NEVER have I heard a negative word about a Star Lab.

This is the first time I have heard of the gantry being referred to as the "bridge".

I have a Star Lab 5x10 and it’s been a huge let down . The machine a very unreliable I haven’t cut one job with it with out issues. I have become very proficient on recovering from material crashes to the machine freezing on me.
Thanks

For the big money you spent on that Star Lab table - I don't blame you one bit for being disappointed. They should have got you up and running a long time ago. And it's also too bad they have no decent documentation available to help troubleshoot your table. Phone support is not the same as good documentation. I'm really surprised that you haven't sent it out the door already and purchased another Shop Sabre.
