file conversion request-pinwheel

a friend has asked me to cut this. it's much more complicated than projects i am used to doing. can someone assist me with converting the image to a dxf? any recommendations for cutting something like this? hopefully others can use this image too.

Here is another way to get the same effect. But it allows you to color the opposing pieces. Just scale the center hole for your needs and cut two out. Then flip one over before attaching them together.

I'm guessing that you may already be aware of it, but if not... that 'pinwheel' comes under the heading of Kinetic Wind Art. Check them out on places such as You Tube. I believe they're from Colorado if my memory is correct. There's also a number of different types for sale on the net.
They are individual arms / leaves that are made to counter-rotate. VERY cool ! That's one of the projects I want to tackle.
