Road Bike with Female Rider

My wife wants a road bike for Christmas. I don't plan on getting the bike, but will be giving her the money for the bike so she can buy one later. I would like to cut out an image similar to this one, but with a female rider (side profile ok too). Anybody have anything like that? Kind of going for something that would remind you of a triathlon.

Wondering if someone with some artistic talent can change the face/head on this to look more like a woman? Maybe long hair and softer facial features/silhouette?
