You don't
Rapid means move as fast as the machine will go. You defined that number when you did the motor tuning (Velocity)
The F command (feedrate) only sets the speed during a cut (G01, G02. G03 type moves)
A G00 is full speed (max velocity)
You can set the rapid height in SheetCAM
