rapid movement speed setting
How do i set the speed for the rapid movement?Thanks Jim

You don't
Rapid means move as fast as the machine will go. You defined that number when you did the motor tuning (Velocity)
The F command (feedrate) only sets the speed during a cut (G01, G02. G03 type moves)
A G00 is full speed (max velocity)
You can set the rapid height in SheetCAM
