Thanks for your response!! By the way I cut this with my LDR Motion systems 4'x4' CNC plasma table. Dan builds a nice machine and he and his brother are super nice. best three day raod trip with my dad and brother EVER!!!! when we went to pick it up! I use the Hypertherm powermax 45 with it. Thanks LDR Motion systems!

I have a LDR table as well. I really enjoy it and haven't had any problems! I have been running for less then a year. What software did you use to design this sign ?

Re: Shareing my first commercial sign
All part of learning! You've been at it 6 months and you stepped up with the art work, led lighting, and the customer is happy. You may not have made much in money profit, but you learned software, your table, finishing, installation etc.... Every project you do will get better in quality, and you'll get your pricing dialed in... I struggle with pricing as well. There's lots of knowledge here, so I tap into that and after materials and labor I come up with a margin that I feel is fair for the piece I'm making and fair to the customer.twobigdawgs wrote:Thanks. Stick with it, it's a proces !

Re: Shareing my first commercial sign
Did you use a flap disc to get that finish? It takes me FOREVER to do that, just wondering if you had a pointer for a larger piece like that.
