Hypertherm 65 filter bowl
I have been running a Hypertherm 65 since last October and really love the machine in general. A while back it started a air leak around the filter bowl so I took it apart and found the bowl full of small cracks. My local dealer was kind enough to replace with a new one off a new machine there in the store. Problem solved or so it seemed now some 3-4 months later the new one is cracked. Has anyone else had this problem.

Re: Hypertherm 65 filter bowl
Any chance your inlet pressure occasionally is higher than 135psi? That is the max rating......there are many compressors today that cycle to 185 psi.....which will crack the filter bowl as you describe.

Ok I thought you might be on to something but after checking inlet pressure found it to be 95p.s.i.
