Hypertherm Powermax65 Consumables Video

Post by Metriccar »

This may seem silly but could someone watch the Youtube video I made of installing consumables?
Also note the swirl ring can wobble just a bit. I show that in the beginning of the video. Is that normal?

Looks just like mine, perfectly normal. The swirl ring does not wobble once the nozzle is squeezed up onto the shoulder by tightening the retaining cap.

The electrode and nozzle will last longer when handled with clean hands, for sure.
