im using mach 3 for plasma cutting every time my torch fires the reset lights up and the status bar info says external e stop requested
i have my estop mounted to the machine it self close to were the cutting takes place not sure if the hf is causing the switch to break
planning to jumper out the switch and make a run

I had this problem when i first got my table. I didnt have my table earth grounded prpoperly. So i was getting noise/interferance within the communication cables. I stuck a 5/8 copper rod in the ground about 3/12 to 4 foot and ran 3/8 copper back to the table slats. I never had the "External E-Stop Requested" again. I dont know if your problem could be this simple or not. Perhaps some other people will weigh in too.

this is how i grounded our table. welded bar on the frame with a ground bar on it. the clamp is the ground from the plasma cutter. #6 wire runs to the computer desk, 8 ft driven ground rod and water table lug. the water table lug has an 8 ft ground cable and clamp that is the work clamp.
