How to offset cut path using Tracker software
Does anyone out there know if how you can offset your cut paths using the command and cut software? Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks JH

Re: How to offset cut path using Tracker software
I also have Tacker software and it does not come with those features (I wish)
I draw my parts on AutoCad and always add 0.04 to the outside edges and subtract 0.04 from holes.
This is for a kerf of 0.08, if more just divide it by 2.
If I was to cut a 6"x6" I would make it 6.04"x6.04"
and if it is a hole of 1" diam. I would make it 0.96"
In inside shapes, just subtract 0.04 on each side.

Re: How to offset cut path using Tracker software
The ProTable software package automatically adjusts for the kerf width, automatically add lead in's, automatically resequence's the cut order and cut direction, as well as does full auto nesting. Nuno, you have our economical Nitro system which does not come standard with these automatic features however these tasks can be completed manually with ease, it just takes a little longer. You can upgrade your Nitro system if you like at anytime if you feel these automatic features are beneficial for you now and worth the cost. Please call me or PM me if you would like more information.

OK, you want to re-order your cut sequence. I am guessing you purchased this machine used and do not have an operator manual. If that is the case please send your email address by Private Message ( I would not post your email in this thread) and I will forward a guide to you that will show you how to do these operations.
