Y gantry noice

Ok I have a 2x4 torchmate. The problem only happens going in the negative y direction. It is noisy screatch. It is well lubed bearings seem fine. Tool holder nice and tight to rail no movement. Felt spindle and seems ok no burs. Called tech support and they said to take it all apart and see what it looks like. Is there any input or ideas before I do that
