Some pictures of our newest rotary add on system for our flat table. Some of the features/advantages:
Handles 1" to 10" diameter
Handles up to 300lb pipe/tube
Pipe/tube rests on roller trollies, allows pipe to be loaded then "rolled" in to chuck. Easy one man operation
Set up on long side of machine, so can handle pipe as lnog as your machine travel.
Separate structure, allows it to be stored elsewhere when not in use. Also allows it to be set up at front of machine.
Uses chuck for rotation. This allows positive grip with pipe, no chance of slip or walk like with band drive systems.
All this and needed software for $2000
Thanks
Dan

Re: LDR Rotary Add on system
Looks good. Are you going to have some type of retracting caster system on it for mobility?
Can it be retrofitted to older tables?
