Is there a way to save my settings (motor tuning and such) from one computer to another?

if you're changing cut computers completely, you can just save the whole mach3 directory. if you wanna get specific, the settings are in whatever xml file you load as your mach profile. the stock are Plasma ("Plasma.xml"), Mill, ("Mill.xml"), etc. your tools are a whole different story. if you have a choice, take the whole directory and copy it over the install directory on the new machine. should transfer the license, too.

Its almost always easier to do a fresh install, using the latest Master Installer off the website. It sets up 90% of everything you need and will update any drivers and screens that may be later than what you have. The only settings that typically change would be motor tuning and axis slaving, You can open them in the old profile (XML) and either take snap shots of the settings with you phone or if you have a paint program (Windows has one by default) you can use the Shift-PrintScreen to capture the screen and open it in the paint program and print it out or save it.

The value of backups cannot be over emphasized. It will save you tons of time if you have a crash and need to restore that exact same setup. You MUST install MACH again THEN copy over the old MACH folder because not everything is in that one folder.

BTW MACH keeps backups of the Profiel (XML ) every time there is a change. They are in the xmlbackups folder under MACH3 folder. It names them the same but the extenis are "xb##" where ## is sequential numbers.
