Okay now I'm not sure what the problem is and how to fix it so please bare with me. Before every cut there is a spit of air that I hear. Sometimes it wont do this and so I spray in a shot of WD40 and it will work for a awhile then I need to do this again. Its like it sticks. The service manual calls it a Solenoid valve. Any thoughts?
Thanks

I've had to do mine a few times. I just pull it apart and clean everything with white spirits (think this is what you call denatured alcohol) and then relubricate and assemble with white grease.
