Great looking table. Is the top powdercoated, or sandblasted and clear coated?

I too am wondering about the finish on that..... Looks like it could be PC.

Thanks, The metal top is primed and painted with textured paint and then clear coated, I have a glass top on it but i took it off for the photo only.
