Need Help with Machine

So I know this belongs on a different page but I know there is significantly more traffic here so i thought i'd post a link to see if anyone with a plasmacam and hypertherm setup have the same issue I am having. I am hopeful that this may help others as well. Basically looking to see if my z-axis motor has gone bad based on the funny things it is doing and making it very difficult to get consistent cut/pierce height control.

Check the plugs and wires to it. Had the same problem and that's what it was.

Thank you, good point and I will check that once I get home. I recently cleaned the machine and had everything unplugged but don't think there is any difference between now and before, but i will definitely check.
