could sumone send me the Powermax 600 cut chart
for 16g is what I cut the most I do amps 40 ipm 90 pierce height .20 init cut height .16 and I still have sum clean up

Here is the mechanized cut chart for a Powermax600 with original (PAC123) torch. I copied this out of the operators manual....if you don't have the manual you can download one at http://www.hypertherm.com

You are cutting way too slow, cutting too slow produces dross.
