We got this great email from Erie Tech , in PA. Thought you might like to see what their table build using an old CNC table
and our 5' TruCut CNC Gantry Kit

Attached are some photos of our machine in use cutting slots in 10? structural channel. This machine saves hours of time on the mill setting up and cutting. As you can see the table we built is way over kill, but it was made from parts and materials left over from an old CNC plasma. We designed a zero block that allows the operator to set a part onto the grid table in a known location and allows the plasma tip to be lowered into this known position giving us a machine zero? Works slick.
