Only putting cut paths on half of drawing

When I create a new tool to post when I choose the outside offset it has. 2 layer options to choose from . One does some of the part and the other layer does the rest I have to do two post processes and do both of them in mach 3 to cut the part. Once one half of if cuts I have to load the other g cod end line up the plate and do the other cut. Is there something I'm doing wrong or not doing it's aggravating to have to do this every time I cut a part . Any help is appreciated

Once you finished setting your operation with layer 1,
click on the "magic wand" on the bottom left of your screen.
it will pop a screen for a new operation WITH THE EXACT SAME SETTINGS
select layer 2, and change settings if you have to. click OK
Now, in the bottom left of your screen, you should have 2 operations that state what type of offset, what layer, and what tool youre using.
If you uncheck one of the boxes, that operation will not be cut.
If you wanna change the order that they are cut, just click-hold and drag the first operation under the other one.

If I run across this issue, I'll just open the drawing back up and change the layers. (make everything on the same layer, if that's what you're looking for) Then re-import the drawing into sheetcam and try again.
