Hello
Anyone know the gear pitch and pressure angle of the Torchmate racks? I am making a dangerous assumption that they are the same across the product line. I am modifying (correcting design faults) in my Torchmate 2 table and need buy new spur gears for the axis drives.

Not sure what the pitch is, but you can purchase those and the gear rails directly from Torchmate.

Torchmate only has gears for their kits and I need a different ratio. The good news is the my inquiry there yielded the D.P. 24 of the rack in the part description. By my measurement the pressure angle is 14 1/2 degrees.
