Hello
I am looking for some opinions on CAD software, I am looking for a good software, to draw parts, I am wondering what is a good package to buy, I have looked at Bobcad, Coral, Vcarve2D pro, draftsight, and I know how to use Solidworks well and FLOW (water jet)
Just looking for some thoughts , I have a 4x4 table plasma table. Price, Renewal, and ability to use.
thank you
Jay

Re: CAD software
There are a few free ones (QCAD, and others ) I use TurboCad ( about $50 on eBay and Amazon)
You can spend some big bucks it you want, there are many Youtube tutorial video you can watch.

Re: CAD software
Corel is pretty cheap. I'm not very good at it, but I use it for tracing.
Inkscape is free. Many people use it, but I personally don't care for it.
I hear good things about aspire vcarve.
I think the torchmate software is great. And inexpensive too. About $150-250?
Flashcut software is nice too, but it's more of an all in one type solution.
