Mach3 / MP3000 THC trouble

I am running a mp3000 torch height control and Mach3.

All the sudden the other day the Z axis would randomly responds to a change in voltage.
With THC turned on the file (gantry) moves even if the torch is not on.

When the torch is on the arc ok light is on and when the torch is off the arc ok light is off. I can turn the torch off while a file is running and it continues to run the file even though THC is still turned on.

I am assuming this is a software issue but thought I would ask for someone else s thoughts before reinstalling everything.
I show voltage on the screen of Mach3 and the voltage changes as usual as the gantry slows down and speeds up making turns.

Finally found the problem somehow both maximum and minimum THC corrections were changed to the same positive number.
