How do I convert this?

How do most people convert car pictures. I have a few that I need to convert so I can cut on the laser.

From my experience, software tracing programs alone will not give satisfactory results. You can easily spot files posted that were traced by software as the files will be huge with thousands of nodes. I use solidworks software and bring in the image and hand trace using lines and arcs. I avoid splines as much as possible. I can easily put in an hour or two on a detailed image trace. After completing the drawing, solidworks allows me to create a 3d model that I can verify and then save out as a dwg or dxf to send to our laser software.

Ok, that's what I needed to know. I use solidworks as well and can try that method.
