Backing up Sheetcam

I would like to backup sheetcam on an external hard drive. I have sheetcam on my personal laptop that I also use for work. I know that eventually something will happen to it, so I would like to get all of my settings in sheetcam backed up (my post proccessor, all of the tool settings that I have set up, etc). Is there a reliable way of doing this?

Go to Help->open settings folder. Back up everything in there. Make sure there are no copies of SheetCam running when you restore the files.
That will back up all of your settings, tools and any modified posts.
