Torch does not pierce when it should on TM-2

I just changed computers and re loaded the TM-2 software. I tried to run a program and everything is fine except the torch goes down and senses the plate but does not fire then travels the tool path about 2 inches and then starts to fire. Does anyone know where and what setting I need to change to correct this? Thanks

Got it going, set m50 at 3, works fine at that thickness.
