Have some questions on cutting. What can I do to get ride of sloppy parts like lots of slag?

If your table is cutting bad (shape wise) calibrate the axises and check for loose couplings or belts (sloppy drive assemblies).
For Slag be sure you are cutting with the correct spects (cut height, speed and amps for the metal) This is calibration of those conditions. Also check the conditions of your consumables and the air supply.
It would help to post images of your cutting and info on your setup.

Welcome! AC is spot on as usual. I struggled with slag for the longest time and the biggest thing was getting the speed correct and the cut height correct. What thickness of material are you working with? Post pics for sure.

awesome thank you I will post pictures tomorrow. I was cutting some super tiny like 3/4"x7/8" little rec tabs that were 14ga thick and was just super sloppy. I have been reading that the height and speed is a huge factor and amps of course. I probably should keep some notes as I do certain parts and/or thickness of my settings.
