New to group

[Metal Bender]

Hello,

I'm Nick 69 year old metal worker ,fabricator, mechanic fan of any thing with a motor ,wheels ,tracks, floats etc.
I have a Fast Cut CNC 4x8 Icon table . HyperthermPowermax 85 plasma cutter . Switched controller and software ,computer a couple of years ago.
Old system corroded ,and died . I live in beach environment , salt, rain ,etc. very hard on things . Switched to Flash Cut CNC controller ,software etc.
Much easier for me , I am not very good with tech stuff . I use it primarily for cutting stainless steel plate and making brackets , gates , hardware , for high end beach houses . Bend things up TIG weld . I know the machine is capable of much more , just busy and intimidated by changing setting etc.
Thinking of air scriber , easyscriber . May be make pen plotter ? Fast Cut and Flash Cut both have been very helpful and have great customer service.

Welcome aboard
Adding the optional attachments is is a big plus, creating files for them is not a big change from plasma, just a change in the port processor area.
