I guess it spins manually? didnt see a motor

It appears the screen shot is a CAD Model, the OP should easily be able to pull the flat patterns off of it as .dxf files.

The seller does not offer the design for sale. So no solid model. I would expect that if someone were to reverse engineer the seller's design and offer it here, it would be as you say "theft of design".
