I guess it spins manually? didnt see a motor

It appears the screen shot is a CAD Model, the OP should easily be able to pull the flat patterns off of it as .dxf files.

Nope! The OP provided a screen shot from here. The seller does not provide plans or solid model for obvious reasons.

The seller does not offer the design for sale. So no solid model. I would expect that if someone were to reverse engineer the seller's design and offer it here, it would be as you say "theft of design".
