Second vid is very helpful, thanks for putting that up. Did you use SMC solenoids too? So M50 turns on and M51 turns off in the torchmate tap files? Did you have to add a extra port or did it already come with it? Our current machine has all the outputs used, I would have to add a I/O usb expander. We are retrofitting it to use CandCnc's PlazPak servo system which has a total of seven outputs, so I can add that if needed.
Very nice!

Yes, I have a 24volt 5-way SMC solenoid that is controled by the 51) put switches in-line and manually control which tool is used, for now. I just picked up a 5volt activated reed relay so that I can utilize my controllers logic output pins.
I've got to ask: What all do you have hooked up to your machine that causes you to use 7 outputs? I suppose you could utilize M00's, a switch (like I am doing) and an input pin to change your offset.... Maybe.... Might take a little creative macro writing....
Anyway, thank you for your complements!
