Hi there...this is the wife and I don't know much about all this stuff but my husband doesn't know much about PCs so we're trying to work together on this.
Husband needs to make a sign using a specific font. He downloaded the font and now we need to figure out how to get that font into a usable form in the Plasma CAM software.
We tried typing the words in paint, converted to bmp file & it came out horribly. I tried to manually drag the font file into Plasma CAM and I got a message, something about it being incompatible. Is this going to be a doable task, getting the font able to use through Plasma CAM?
Plasma CAM software is version 3.11

if is a truetype font you can load it into your font file on the computer, it will then come up in plasmacam. if is not a truetype font you can open in correll draw and export as dxf, and then import into plasmacam
